Who handles your data
Amarillo Azul y Sangre, a cultural collective based in Brussels (Belgium) and organiser of the SOS Colombia Festival. You can write to Info.colombiasosfest@gmail.com about anything concerning your data.
What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, email address, subject and message. We use no tracking cookies and no analytics tools that identify you.
What we use it for
Only to read your message and reply to you. We do not use it to send you advertising, we do not sell it and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
On what legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
How long we keep it
The website keeps no copy: your message is forwarded straight to the team's inbox and stays there for as long as needed to deal with your request. You can ask us to delete it whenever you wish.
Who else is involved
Vercel hosts the site, Resend delivers the email and Cloudflare checks that the sender is not a bot. They are technical providers acting on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data. Write to Info.colombiasosfest@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
